Pinnacle Care takes into consideration that effective communication is a very important aspect of an individuals’ circle-of-care. Not only is it important to provide ongoing reassurance to  immediate family and decision-makers, but also to create a platform for sharing critical information about our clients with other health professionals and caregivers involved in our clients’ lives.

In order to achieve this open communication with our clients, their loved ones, and other health professionals and/or caregivers, Pinnacle Care managerial staff is available 24/7 and will gladly respond to any questions or concerns you may have via phone, text, and/or email.

We want you and your loved ones to feel comfortable and reassured that whoever is in our care is in “good hands” and that they are content with our service delivery. To provide this “peace of mind,” we conduct monthly evaluations with our clients to determine if they are progressing towards their goals and to encourage them to provide us with feedback about our services.
